If you bought an email from the sales booth at the ride and have either not received it yet (allowing at least 48 hours for delivery) or could not save or view the image file attached to the email then try entering your 12 digit picture ID into the box provided on our home page and click GO. A thumbnail representation of your picture should appear, click on it to view your full resolution image and follow the on-screen instructions to download a local copy of it. If this procedure does not at first work please wait 24hours and try again - it can sometimes take several days for for images to filter through to the web site.

Our Image IDs or Image Reference Numbers are always 12 digits long, you'll find the ID printed along the edge of your photo - you may have to remove the photo from its folder in order to see it.

It should look something like "TPLLA14Q1234" for example. It starts with four letters then a letter or number then two numbers then one more letter and finally four more numbers.

If you've kept your till receipt then the ID should also be printed on that.

This web sales facility is not yet available on all our rides so if you do not have a 12 digit reference number printed on your photo then unfortunately we won't be able to help you with any further purchases.

If you get an error message saying 'You have entered an invalid photo id number' then this may just be because our computer at the ride has been temporarily unable to upload your picture's details. Be aware that although this normally only takes a few hours sometimes it can take days, so if at first you don't succeed please do try again at a later date.

We keep photos on our computer archive for up to 30 days, so if you bought your photo more than 30 days ago then we will probably no longer be able to supply any further products based on that photo, sorry.

Please make use of the facility to print a copy of your order summary before exiting the checkout and making the payment.

The site is best browsed with Internet Explorer v5 or later or Netscape v4.7, unfortunately Netscape v6 causes some severe problems with form completion and should not be used with this web site. You may also experience some difficulties with older browser versions. Your browser must have cookies and scripting enabled for propper operation of the site.

Our prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%.
