OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This Web Site is owned and operated by Picsolve Ltd (formerly RX Technology Europe) (‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’). These terms will apply to all your purchases of products from our website. Please read this document carefully printing it off or downloading it before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time. Please check them before you make a new purchase.
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. You will actually pay through the secure WorldPay website. As this website is not in our control we cannot give any warranties or guarantees concerning the security of this facility but if you would like further details on WorldPay please visit their website at http://www.worldpay.com.
Payment will be debited from your account before your purchase is dispatched. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not accept any liability for delay in delivery or non-delivery.
All prices quoted on our website include UK value added tax (at the applicable rate from time to time). You will be responsible for the payment of all import and other local taxes applicable in respect of any item(s) which you purchase from us.
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US
We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible by email. A binding agreement arises once we accept your order. For the avoidance of doubt the communication sent to you from WorldPay does not amount to acceptance of your order.
We currently make a fixed-rate P&P charge for shipping any non-electronic order, regardless of content, within the UK. A higher charge applies to overseas orders.
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders within 14 days. We will notify you if we anticipate that items will take longer than 28 days to be dispatched. If we have not delivered the items within 30 days, you may cancel your order and we will arrange for a refund to be made to you.
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you by email. In any event, we normally only keep photographs in our database for 30 days.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS INFORMATION
This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects any consumer rights which you may have under any law or regulation where you live.
If an item has any faults or manufacturing defects you should notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give a return number and once we have received your returned goods, at our option, we will either replace the item or refund your money. If, however, we determine to our reasonable satisfaction that the item was neither faulty nor defective when delivered to you, we may return it to you and claim the cost of postage from you.
DELAY OR FAILURE TO PERFORM
We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performance of our obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control eg :
· an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident
· war or civil disturbance
· strike, industrial action or stoppages of work
· any form of government intervention
· a third party act or omission
· failure by you to give us a correct email or delivery address or notify us of any change of address
If this happens we shall inform you as soon as is reasonably practicable. This does not affect your right to cancel your order if we do not deliver within 30 days.
If you have any queries or require further information regarding our products or your purchase please contact us via the CONTACT page of our web site.
